The Clalit Smile project is designed to provide a pleasant experience for the center’s employees. Such that integrates the values ​​of its customer oriented vision of service. In order to prepare a better brief and understand the nature of the location, we performed observations on the employees and their work interactions in the different spaces.
On the creative side, we took words out of the customer service vision and SLA to emphasize and reinforce the center’s core values ​​among the customers and staff. In the design we distinguished between the various work and rest areas: conference room, staff kitchenette, peripheral glass walls and more.
In order to add interest, freshness and elegance to the place, and at the same time meet functional needs, we used a wide variety of contemporary raw materials, such as branded magnetic stickers, dry-erase stickers and more.
