When we started working on the school’s renovation in Ramat Hahayal, we envisioned a colorful and cheerful space within the familiar learning environment. When defining the project, we were asked to provide a design solution for several platforms: the entrance wall, staircase, doors, niches and more.

We studied the instructions of the Ministry of Education’s M21 program, which determines how to design the spaces for learning in collaboration with the Mapping and Planning Division of the Development Administration, and went to work.

The guideline concept was the use of wallpaper to achieve a threefold result: a contemporary look, signage in the space with text on the wallpaper and financial savings in view of the tight budget.
